New Painting

I have started a new painting a few weeks ago, I am almost done with it, but the last week was a crazy one, we had a party for Tim's 30th B-day, getting the place ready took some time, lol.  But here is where the painting is as of today.  It will end up being a Krishna, the blue Hindu God, I just need to finish the face, hair and some more details.  I'm not sure yet if I will be doing some kind of design behind him.

Catching Up!

Whoops, sorry to have been MIA for a while, here are a few things that I have done since last time I posted,

A new winter lunch menu for The Eastside:

And also a new kid's menu:

I have also been working on a poster for some friend's who work at the hospital.  They are going to a presentation in France and need a poster display for their topic of Medication Reconciliation.  It's just about done and I'll show it when it is finalized.  I also just started a new painting, this is where I am so far, lol.  Hopefully I'll decide what I am going to do with it soon!

Ashley

This is a drawing I did for my brother, it was a Christmas gift for his friend Ashley.  He had a picture of her playing the guitar, since she is a musician.  It is 9x12 charcoal and pencil, I like using charcoal because it feels more fluid on the paper.  Almost like painting, and I like how black you can get with the shading.  I think I was feeling a little cubist for this one, lol.

Winter Forest

I did this painting the other day, I was just playing around not really sure what it was going to end up as.  I'm calling it Winter Forest, it's 18x24.  And the colors match our bedroom, lol.

Scarecrow Heads

Scarecrow heads for my in-laws, they look awesome when attached to the bodies.

Satyr 3

Finally finished the 3rd Satyr painting.  It is 18x24 acrylic on canvas, it took a while to finish, but I think it came out ok.  I still want to do more Satyrs, but Tim wants me to do a Medusa, so I think I'll take a break from the black and white and do something with more color next.

Satyr 2

The second Satyr, 16X24 acrylic on canvas.  This time I think I did much better job with the shading and trying to get the muscles on the back correct.  On the next one I want to do more of a portrait so I can practice faces.

T-Shirts

Hello everyone! I finally decided to look into designing some t-shirts. I have always wanted to just make simple designs that I would like to have on clothes, and maybe you would as well. You can look at my store HERE, and see the first few that I have made. The great thing about this site is that you can take the designs and put them on any of the products they have available, from t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and baby clothes. So let me know what you think of my designs, and if there are things you would like to see. Here are some of what I have so far.
