This was a requested piece by Megan, a geisha under a cherry blossom tree. I have never drawn or painted a geisha before, so this was new for me. This is acrylic 16x20, I wanted her to stand out so the colors are bright, and I also wanted to keep somewhat of a nature tone with the background. This was fun to do, and I think I will try some more geisha inspired themes.

Geishas!
